WonderGirls welcomes new member HyeRim – goodbye SunMi
Photos of girls group Wonder Girls featuring its new member HyeRim have been revealed!
HyeRim had recently joined the group after member SunMi takes a temporarily leave to focus on her studies. And the photos taken on set to their cosmetics endorsement for ‘WG By WonderGirls’ have been revealed!
These photos will be good gifts for fans who have been able to see catch a glimpse of the WonderGirls who are busy promoting overseas.
PT: I still think that Sunmin is more beautiful and enchanting. The New girl, HyeRim is too fat and not very pretty, not even close to cute. Quite disappointed after waiting for so long for the new album.

The teaser was quite weird.
The teaser for Wonder Girls’ first new song in the US, 2 Different Tears, has now been released and I have to say that it was quite awkward. It is said to be an upbeat retro 80s song. The song should hit the charts soon. Check out the teasers. Also, Wonder Girls’ new album has reached #13 on iTune’s Chart!!

So Hee Makes the Headlines with Cute U-Go-Girl Move
So Hee doing Lee Hyori’s U-Go-Girl on radio became the No.1 search term on search engines in a flash. The capture of So Hee doing a cute U-Go-Girl dance move was posted online by a netizen which created lots of interest.
This incident happened when the Wonder Girls appeared on MBC FM “Starry Night” radio program on 27th July. It started with So Hee trying to imitate the dance by trying to move her fingers around. But she realized she did it wrongly after Ye Eun pointed it out to her. She then tried doing it again which was noticed by netizens and bought joy to their watching fans (in the studio).
Netizens who saw the video commented, “very cute” and started searching for the related video. So Hee had just made the headlines a few days earlier with her Beyonce “Freakum Dress” dance item at their 2nd Wonderful fan meeting.

JYP takes actions towards Khmer “Nobody”
It was announced today that JYP is finally taking action
on copycats of 08’s hit “Nobody”. He had been closing an eye to “parodies” around Asia but with an official recording of the song in Khmer girl group RHM’s “Vol. 376″ - topped off with MV incorporating both “Tell Me” and “Nobody” choreography no less. JYP had created a protest against the band.Representatives of the Wonder Girls outside of South Korea, Sony BMG, will be in charge of investigations and court case procedures if there’s the need for them. JYP reiterated his decision on March 12th, of putting his foot down due to the Wonder Girls’ recent expansion overseas and the fear that copycats will affect future activities in Asia.

Wonder Girls to Debut in US
The Wonder Girls, the five-girl pop group and sensation of the year, are expected to perform in the United States for the first time next year. The group, created by singer and producer Park Jin-young (also known as JYP), will make a guest appearance at his concerts next February in New York and Los Angeles. ``The Wonder Girls will be appearing as guest singers in Park's concert and will sing their hit `Tell me.' It will be their first U.S performance and it will hopefully be an interesting and exciting experience for them. However, we don't have any specific plans for their debut in the U.S.,'' said JYP entertainment. The agency explained that no specific dates or plans have been confirmed yet, but that the Wonder Girls will be learning some new dance moves from Park himself and other well-known professionals as soon as they arrive in the U.S. The Wonder Girls have been one of the most popular groups this year with their hit song ``Tell me'' and their cute and sexy dance moves. Many people have created and posted UCCs (User Created Contents), or video clips, on the Internet copying their choreography. This eventually became a huge trend among all ages from teenagers to working adults.

On August 15, SMTOWN LIVE '08 will
take place at Jamsil. This exclusive summer engagement will feature the live performances of TVXQ and Super Junior who are famous not only in Korea but in Japan, China, and Southeast Asia. This opportunity is a good way to get out and tour Korea a little better!The festivities will begin at 5pm Jamsil’s Main Stadium and run for five hours. Beginning with this performance, Asia Tour event will take place in four different cities including Beijing, Shanghai, and Bangkok.Further more, TVXQ, Super Junior, SHINee, Girls' Generation, The Grace and Zhang Li Yin will gather for this concert and play some of their hit songs as well as some unreleased singles.As a SM's first large scale concert, unique presentations and additional events are planning to take place. Also, family seats are separately set up for families, friends, and lovers so they can all together watch this special concert.This event’s official sponsor, Korea Tourism Organization, is preparing special tour packages for international fans that include flight arrangements, accommodation, and R-seat tickets. Just in time for the summer holiday season, a festival with an unusual theme kicks off on the west coast today.The annual Boryeong Mud Festival is back again at 
Korea's popular Daecheon Beach for a nine-day run, until July 20.Chosen as "Korea's Representative Festival" for 2008 - in a ranking system introduced this year by the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Sports - the festival will get 1.6 billion won ($1.5 million) from the local government, along with overseas marketing support, to become an international event.Celebrating its 11th year, the festival attracts thousands of people from all over the world looking for that rare opportunity to have fun getting dirty in a healthy way in Boryeong's famous mud
.Boryeong is about an hour and a half from Seoul. It is known for its long-sandy beaches and its abundance of nutrient-rich mud harvested from its vast tidal flats. Korea's West Sea coastline is home to some of the largest tidal fluctuations in the world - over six meters difference between low and high tides.The region's mud contains minerals known to aid skin care.
