It's a Japan Variety Quiz Program with AKB48 as Guest Stars.
I'm not very sure what they are speaking but I think is "What is the chinese word of SNSD?"
The AKB48 answered correctly with no mistake but the others 4 guests were having difficulty in writing the Chinese words. The other 2 guests were embarrassed.
